I want to offer the best customer service possible, and I cannot fix a problem if I do not know about it. I love interacting with people, so please don't be afraid to message me so I can take responsibility for whatever negative feedback you may give, and fix or correct any problems you may have. I accept money orders, PayPal, direct checkout.

Payment must be received before items are shipped.

Orders paid for by money order will be cancelled and returned to stock if money orders are not received within 10 days of purchase date.

We do not offer free shipping at this time, except for occasional sales and specials.

Orders are normally shipped priority mail through the USPS (United States Postal Service). If you need Overnight shipping please message me and let me know and I will be happy to do so. Overnight shipping does cost extra. Please email me and I will give you the estimated price for overnight shipping.

Tracking number is included with every order inside the USA.

Once I mail a package I am no longer responsible for it.

Sometimes a package can become lost or damaged in the mail. All items are in perfect condition when I ship them. I am not responsible for their damage in the mail.

I am not responsible for delivery delays, or packages lost in the mail. My responsibility is to mail your order. It is then the responsibility of the postal service to get your package to you.

I am not responsible for wrong addresses. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. Thank you.

If you live in the USA and do not receive your package within a week of shipment, please notify me right away so we can resolve the issue without opening a case against my account. Thank you.

Receipt of purchase is printed and shipped with each order. If ordering through paypal receipt is sent through email to your inbox as well as a printed receipt with your order.

I welcome all international orders!

Orders shipped outside of the USA take a longer to arrive than orders within the USA so please understand and thank you for your patience as your order is on it's way!


..::Packaging::..

Orders are shipped in a plastic jewelry bag and wrapped in bubble wrap an tucked inside of a padded envelope or box depending on the size of the order.

Please check the size of the jewelry you are ordering and refer to the sizing picture for the item. Each listing includes atleast one picture of the jewelry next to a tape measure or quarter so that you can compare how big or how small the item is.

Doing this saves the hassle of refunds because an item is not as big or as small as one may think, so please refer to the size photo!

Refunds must be made within 10 days of purchase. We do NOT refund orders for earrings, and belly button rings due safety concerns. Piercings can become infected, knotted, or bleed, therefore we do not refund orders on piercings. There would not be a profit in doing so, because we cannot resell jewelry for piercings if we were to accept exchanges and refunds. Thank you for understanding.

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like a refund, simply ship the item back to me and I will refund you through direct checkout, or PayPal or if purchase was made through the mail a money order will be sent.

Customers in Mississippi will be charged 7% sales tax.

~*~All jewelry is made in a smoke free home. Pets do not live in the house so you do not have to worry about items containing pet allergies, or smell like smoke.
